Learn how to move properly, safely, and effectively in order to optimize your training sessions. This six week program takes you from the basics (muscle activations, breathing, neutral spine, and setting your shoulder girdle) all the way to major compound movements (squat, deadlift, shoulder press, and bent over row). You will learn how to improve your musculoskeletal health through strength, mobility, and stability exercises. The benefits? Improved quality of life, enhanced daily function, reduced/eliminated low back pain, and increased confidence. Each session includes instruction, demonstration, a workout, and a take-home exercise program. Limited enrolment.
