Meditation is scientifically proven to reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety and fatigue. It can assist blood pressure, respiration and increase happiness in your life. You will learn Pranayamas, Mantra Meditation and Relaxation techniques and we will practice different types of meditation during the weeks. Wear comfortable clothing. Do not eat heavily prior.
