Meditation has been practiced globally for centuries. It is the practice of taking time to be with the breath and be in the moment. It is an effortless practice, for which some will find to be a challenge, given that we are raised to think, make decisions and plan throughout our life time. With the increase of chronic stress and fatigue, it is important for us to learn to be in moment, to slow down the body, to slow the mind. Join us as we practice this gentle art.
Group Meditation 10 weeks
Meditation This program will progress our meditation and breath work, developing a weekly (daily) practice. We will learn Pranayamas, Mantra Meditation, Guided Meditations & Gong, ending in a lengthy Savasana. This program will reduce stress and anxiety, restore and revitalize your energy and balance the mind body and essential spirit!
