Benefits of Registered ClassesUnlike drop in studios, we offer registered sessions where you commit to a 8-12 week session. By registering for these sessions, you are more likely to adhere to a regular practice, progress gently and safely, establish a network of support from your fellow participants and Yoga Teacher, along with improving self awareness, confidence, strength and stability. During registered sessions, you progress at a rate comfortable for you and build on your practice over consecutive classes.
Our space accommodates up to 9 participants, and we run on a minimum of 5 registrants. Our small personal classes allow of education, adjustments, progressive learning and options for various levels of practice. |
