2017 FALL YOGA SCHEDULE
Benefits of Registered Classes
Unlike drop in studios, we offer registered sessions where you commit to a 8-12 week session (just like kids swimming lessons). By registering for these sessions, you are more likely to adhere to a regular practice, progress gently and safely, establish a network of support from your fellow participants and Yoga Teacher, along with improving self awareness, confidence, strength and stability.
Our space accommodates up to 9 participants, and we run on a minimum of 5 registrants. Our small personal classes allow of education, adjustments, progressive learning and options for various levels of practice.
Our Summer Schedule is now underway! We are no longer taking summer registration.
